FCC Technician Exam Question Of The Day (T5C11)

Q) How many amperes are flowing in a circuit when the applied voltage is 12 volts DC and the load is 120 watts?

A) 10 amperes

NJ2X Notes:
Memorize the PIE triangle to make these types of questions super easy to solve.  Just cover up the desired variable to find the equation:

NJ2X PIE Chart (Power, Current, Voltage)

In this example:

I = P / E
I = 120 watts / 12 vots = 10 amperes

Easy as PIE!
